Based on a bi-weekly salary and commission.
Duties:
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in at least one additional language preferred
- Excellent cold calling skills and the ability to confidently engage with potential customers
- Effective public speaking skills for presentations and client meetings
- Upselling expertise to maximize revenue from existing customers
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management techniques to effectively track leads and opportunities
- Familiarity with market research methods to identify potential target markets and industry trends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in outside sales or business development is a plus
